Rich Farrell began in 2002 estimating large losses for Gallagher Basset as a subcontractor to Porter Engineering, St. Louis, MO. GB provided Third Party Administration of programs for self-insured groups west of the Mississippi. He specialized in the reconstruction estimation of commercial building following catastrophic events. Later Rich founded Farrell Claims Services, LLC adjusting a variety of losses throughout the Midwest, a business he grew for years.
In 2005 Rich took a position with Pilot Adjusting, Mobile, AL adjusting catastrophic losses resulting from the Rita, Katrina and Wilma Hurricanes. He formed an association with William Kramer and Associates in late 2006 and in 2008 worked under contract for WKA on Hurricane Ike losses in the Houston area.
In 2009 Rich moved from St. Louis to Tampa, Florida to work under WKA’s Dennis Martin CPCU. Three years later Rich moved to Arkansas and later that year to Alabama to clerk large losses for WKA, coordinating efforts of forensic engineers and accountants. In June of 2013 Rich moved to St. Louis to open a Midwest office for William Kramer and Associates.
